The staff is unprofessional no one is held responsible for ineffective and unresponsive care. I am no longer a patient.
The staff is unprofessional and very uncooperative. I take my grandmother there and there is no organization. No one know what is going on. When calling to speak to someone about a it is always a different experience. My husband and myself is no longer a patient of hers but I continue to send my 94 year grandmother. If it wasn't for her age and the close proximity she would not be a patient of hers as well
