Great workout and Class times convenient IloveKB is an amazing workout. I typically do not like going to a gym as it is intimidating, but ilkb is like a family. From day one, you are accepted and can workout within your own pace. Dont get me wrong, you are pushed and get a high level workout, but if you need a second to catch your breath are NEVER called out! I am addicted and love the classes. Plenty of class times.
Awesome Class- Great stress reliever I just joined this kick boxing club and it rocks- I attended two classes so far and cannot wait to go back. Great Group class and motivation. Very fun to relieve stress- highly recommend joining!
Sooo hooked! Well it is safe to say I am HOOKED! I feel like the workouts are more challenging every single time and in the first month I have lost 6 pounds and am already starting to see some of that definition I miss soooo much. I feel amazing and can't wait to head that way today for the 6:00 class!
Amazing! ILKB is a great workout for anyone who is trying to get into shape, or someone who is in shape, but looking for something different to do! It is challenging and very sweaty! I would recommend this place to anyone!
