Coach Bailey led an awesome class this morning! No two classes are ever the same, so there is no boredom factor! Great, intense workout where the instructors work with you to modify if necessary. Any The time just flies by!

I’ve been with ILKB for about 5 months. It’s definitely worth every penny. Everyone cheers each other on, there’s all age groups, the instructors are knowledgeable and are always pushing you past your limits. There’s a-lot of challenges and events offered. In the time I’ve been there I’ve lost 25 pounds and feel a lot stronger/confident. I’d highly recommend anyone to try it.
