I started my fitness journey about 2 weeks ago and I am already losing weight. The workouts are dynamic and challenging and so worth every dime. The instructors have been nothing but amazing!!!
I had such a great time at my first class that I decided to join right after! The staff are great, it is clean & welcoming! I’m excited to be part of this ILKB Family & can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!
I'm 33 years old and hadn't stepped foot in a gym or fitness center for over 5 years. After a Major surgery and 2 kids, fitness was the last thing on my mind. One day I reluctantly went to I Love KickBoxing - Lakeland with some friends for a girls evening, and it turns out...I LOVE KICKBOXING not only are the staff members friendly and encouraging, the classes so much fun! Staff is extremely friendly and interested in you and your goals and helping you get there. Class is tough but an amazing workout and I went through the rest of my day with so much energy and feeling great! So excited for my next class!
Had an awesome first-time kickboxing experience! Kim was great!! Can’t wait for my next class!
