No other fitness family like it! I have made friends over the year I have been a member. We push each other to reach our goals! Love it!
I just finished a free trial. I got a whole week, which really allowed me to see if ILK is a good fit. The workouts were challenging but not over the top. You could adjust it to your comfort level. The instructors were positive and helpful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The gym was comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom and locker room. They’re running a great special right now, and I just may sign up!
Today was my second class and with a different instructor. Both Lindsay and Blake are amazing! They keep the energy going the music is great and they really care about helping you with your form so you get the most out of the workout while having a blast! Signed up for a membership based on feeling like I belonged there because from the staff the other members it’s very inclusive and super friendly! Highly recommend getting started with them!
