Finally found an exercise place and regimen that I love. It's a great full body workout but also keeps your mind alert (combos anyone?!?!). There's a lot of different things that you are doing during the workout, there's no time to think you are tired (which is very important for me). Not to mention - the instructors are amazing. I love this place! I started out with doing the six week challenge and ended up rolling it into a membership. I had been looking for a good full body workout for years. I had tried regular gym memberships and trainers, but could never find the motivation to stick with it because it ended up being boring. ILKB is so much fun! The instructors are amazing! ILoveKickboxing is awesome! The workouts are challenging but I always feel amazing afterward. The progress I’ve made here is crazy and I always feel motivated by the instructors to do my best! Such a positive environment, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who’s considering.

I absolutely love it here!! I originally purchased a five class trial, and I signed up for a 12-month membership after the first class! The gym is SUPER clean (I’m a nurse and this was a BIG thing for me), the staff is beyond phenomenal, and the workout can be tailored to every single person. I’m super exited to continue this journey of getting fit and stronger!
