Nice people but communication with clients bedside manner needs improvement. There was a lot of pulling and twisting of the client’s limbs instead of the technicians communicating where or how they need the client to move for services. Technicians rushed to administer service leading to preventable mistakes such as unbalanced acrylic application and uneven polish application that I had to point out and correct as the client.
