Steve was a fantastic inspector, extremely polite and knowledgeable based on his years of experience. Very thorough, educated us on things that weren’t wrong with the house but things to look out for in the future. Super detailed report, offering options for sewer inspections, radon, and termite. Report was completed in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Steve is a pro with decades of experience and expertise. His work is thorough. His reports are impeccably informative. He was very quick to schedule an inspection that fit my schedule, and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He is the best at his job that I have ever met. I've used Steve to do 2 home inspections now. He is very thorough and reasonably priced. He tells you what needs to be fixed immediately, and what can wait for a couple of years but will eventually need attention. Highly recommend.
