Ilona did a great job of selling and finding our new house. She is diligent and resourceful. There is a lot more work in selling a house at this point in time but she provided great guidance and patience. I highly recommend her services.
Ilona was wonderful to deal with. She was very patient and explained the whole process effectively and clarified all my questions as they came up. On my possession day, Ilona was a rockstar as there were several major issues from the seller and she helped keep me calm and cool while dealing with the stress of the seller. She was advocating for me every step of the way and giving my options of how to proceed and problem solving all the issues.
