I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue until now. This visit was extremely disappointing. I very clearly asked for a specific service and was strict about what I wanted. When it came time to pay, I was charged for a completely different service than the one I requested and agreed to. If they were unable or unwilling to provide the service I specifically asked for, that should have been communicated before starting, not decided on their own and charged afterward. Such an amazing place to get myself beautified when in the valley ! Ms.Sammy is such a kind hearted person . Im always running up and down , so walking into an in & out without an appointment is perfect for me !!! I totally recommend this place !
I’ve been a regular customer for about a year and always make a point to see Mary during her weekday morning shifts — she’s the only one who consistently delivers excellent results with my eyebrow threading. Unfortunately, when I can’t come during the week and have to visit on a Sunday, the experience is drastically different — and not in a good way.
