Great place. Ladies are always on point and get busy people like myself in and out to get on with our day! Although there are people like me that want to go in and out, there is always that one person that feels entitled to want to stand anywhere they please without respecting the establishment and the surrounding clients. We went in and over all no one greets you which is fine . The lady with the glasses I did not ask for her name , did my daughters eyebrows she did wax when I originally said thread . She waxed one eyebrow and proceeded to do the other one thread , I stopped her and kindly said “no mam just please do both the same if you already waxed . Mind you we serviced for $104 dollers . I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue until now. This visit was extremely disappointing. I very clearly asked for a specific service and was strict about what I wanted. When it came time to pay, I was charged for a completely different service than the one I requested and agreed to. If they were unable or unwilling to provide the service I specifically asked for, that should have been communicated before starting, not decided on their own and charged afterward.
