I Brought An Western Star 5700 On Oct 20, 2025 The Truck Has Been In The Shop 4 Times For The Same Issue Intermittent shut down Crusing Down The Highway The Truck Shuts Down No Warning Buzzard Or Lights And You Lose All Steering, Twice I Have Ended Up In The On Coming Lanes
Everyone from beginning to end were fabulous. From check in to keeping us up to speed on what was going on to finished and our the door. We have a 23 year old truck that is our baby and they treated us like we had a new one. Our mechanic Tony was superb at listening to our input to making sure the fuel pump was taken off and meticulously put back on to my specks. Great job you guys see you next time.
