Ivan is dishonest and deceitful, taking advantage of customers under the pretense of needing to support his family. He charged me for services I neither requested nor authorized, after the haircut was complete, and refuses to issue a refund. He added a more expensive haircut charge after our transaction was finalized (prepayment is required unless you walk in), effectively double-charging my debit card and refused to refund me.
