We rented a house in PGA for 9 thousand a month. The home was very dirty second the pool was not usable third no air conditioning. The house on Pinehurst was not taken care of. Bad leak in kitchen sink. I had to call a pool company to get the pool on order which cost me 560.00 and had to call a company to fix the ac which cost me 475.00. We never got money back for the repairs that had to be done. It's better to deal with honest people . 714 Pinehurst way very bad.
Agents who are 81 years old should be retired. Lost a place that I wanted for a year because of agent's M.M. impaired judgement and lack of assertiveness and follow up. She knew how much I wanted to move in there, but neglected to put in an offer before it was sold, even after being asked and reminded several times. She acted on her own opinions and not my requests.
