My wife and I recently moved from Singer Island to Palm Beach Gardens (Bay Hill Estates). We asked for one thing from the seller, Paul Feldman and his Illustrated Agent Linda Bright. The pool had a spa, but no heater, nor aerator. They agreed, and we were notified Friday afternoon that they reneged on the addendum to a top price cash offer. Mss Melena Lopez was the agent representing the buyer, I found her to be rude fancy comming to my home picking a mango eating it then leaving the skin and seed in my kitchen sink which was clean had no plates or garbage, the house was empty, then took my lock box without informing my agent , then when I confronted her she denied it.
