I am disappointed that this dental practice punishes the Westchester retirees. They have denied me service because I refused to be balance billed after 25 years plus of professional courtesy. They have lost their moral and ethical compass. Beware my retired people that they will blame the insurance company. But if they have never billed the patient before retirement the agreement remains the same after retirement. Professional courtesy does not expire for retired patients.
Very professional service
Warm reception and caring staff! The day started for my teen age children and me very chaotic and we arrived a little late to our 8 am appointment. The good vibes at the Illustradent office turned our day around!!!! Shout out to Dr. Mara for the friendly greeting, the really nice dental hygienist and x-ray tech whose names I wish I remembered for this review, and the reception staff and the office manager Lisa for their care and consideration that turned our day around and had us walking out with fresh smiles!
Sean, hygienist, was great and helpful! Dr. Williams was informative and helpful as well.
