I am sorry to give a negative review for illusradent dental care. As far as , I am concerned, the dentists, and hygienist are fine in doing their services. The front desk is the problem, because they don't want to communicate with the patient, and also surprises the patient with additional charges for the previous visit. My insurance has a contract with illustradent dental office, and still charges me for additional payment.
Dentists and hygienists are awesome... the front desk personnel are rude, have not properly scheduled appointments (I wasted personal time from work), and then they stated the appointment was never scheduled... they're rude and defensive and don't listen... once you get past their attitudes and are seeing the Dentists, you're in a professional medical office getting great care...
If i could give 0 stars i would. The doctors are fine. The front desk workers are rude, and they aren’t big on communication. They constantly have me pay even when my insurance can cover it and they are constantly telling me my insurance doesn’t cover things it does. The old doctor is the best, i’m not so sure about the rest. Very disappointing.
