I use to have Alison do my hair years ago until it was easier to go to a salon which i finally found an awesome hairdresser Marilee well after few years of going there one day I found she left to go to another salon to work. Ripley is amazing!! �� She fixed my Mom's hair when it was accidently done the wrong color ( not by Illusions) and she has such a passion for what she does as her profession. She is always !excited about learning new techniques and trying them on her clients! I think it is Excellent that an Employer strives to help Employees learn by inservices and training classes then promotes them for a job well done! Keep up the Great work!
I am always happy with the services I receive from Missy! She always nails it, even when I come in with a not so certain vision, I always leave looking great. Her color work is fabulous and cuts are on point. I highly recommend Missy whether you like to keep it simple or go adventurous
Once again, I had another very positive experience at Illusions Unlimited in Strongsville. I feel comfortable discussing with Lexi what I "think" I would like to have done with my hair and asking for her professional opinion. I appreciate her listening and "explanation" skills.
