Good hair stylist; however, if you go for hair dye, you need to be wary, as you could wind up with a totally weird color. This happened to me on two occasions, the last one being a total mess. She reapplied hair dye THREE times!! And what's even worse, she lied to me after I warned her after the first application that the color was red. She lied telling me that "that's the way it looks".
