Caroline was exceptionally gentle — her fingers were like butterflies moving through my hair! No tugging, no pain. She was professional, efficient, friendly — and she uses the highest quality Goldwell products. Lovely scalp/temple massage during rinse/wash. i tried this salon as i saw a groupon and just moved to the area and wanted to find my new go-to place. Went in a few days before my birthday to treat myself. I went in for full highlights and a trim. Jairo did a great job on the color, however, my haircut was very uneven and much shorter than i wanted. before and after photos below for reference.
