I truly appreciated the fabulous customer service that I was given today on the phone. I did reach out to another local florist that I will not "call out" that was not helpful whatsoever and was quite disrespectful in her tone and conversation. The hardest part was choosing from all the beautiful options! Delivered same day I ordered and my mother was THRILLED! We ordered the Simple Charm and added the Teddy Bear. Could not have been more pleased!!
I ordered a funeral arrangement, they are very customer service oriented and puts in the extra effort to accommodate your needs. I was amazed how beautiful and gorgeous they looked. I am so grateful for ordering the arrangement from their shop. My suggestion is everyone order all their arrangements through Spring Green/Illusions
