Brittany cut out all the layers of my hair leaving absolutely no hair on the right side. She just used the electric razor all the way up completely ruining my hair. Absolutely horrible
This was my first time getting a haircut at illusions. I have been going to the same person for 10+ years at a different place. I kept seeing all the wonderful reviews for illusions so I decided to try someone new.. Well that was a mistake! So I came in sat in the chair for a haircut and she asked what I wanted.
