My old stylist, who was part-time, left this summer.The new one, Rebecca, obviously in not well trained and doesn't know how to handle my long and thick hair. She messed up my grey touch-up and I had to go in again last time. She spent 20 minutes checking the hair as if somehow I made them grey again in a week.
