I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you are getting your hair straightened. My experience was chaotic from start to finish. From booking & paying a deposit with a stylist that doesn’t work there anymore (name: ROSE. Found out at the time of my appointment) to having a rushed braided style I took out the same day. Now I have a Dominican blowout I never wanted & still no braids. Crazy. At least she tried I guess (I think? I hope?) but even the customer service was terrible. I went there as a referral from someone who had a good experience with their Silk Press. I assumed that this salon knew how to do textured hair, but they did not. When I went to get my silk press, they assured me that everything would be fine since I told them that my sister's and my hair is virgin and has not been exposed to heat or chemicals. Worst experience with Rose, rescheduled my appointment 1 hour before my time to the afternoon; to just have her cancel it 20 minutes before. This is not the first time, last time, the same rescheduling last minute. The only reason I used her service 2nd time was that my son wanted the same braids from last time. She is definitely not professional at all, I understand emergencies happen, but no apology, just a generic text.
