I went there as a referral from someone who had a good experience with their Silk Press. I assumed that this salon knew how to do textured hair, but they did not. When I went to get my silk press, they assured me that everything would be fine since I told them that my sister's and my hair is virgin and has not been exposed to heat or chemicals. Worst experience with Rose, rescheduled my appointment 1 hour before my time to the afternoon; to just have her cancel it 20 minutes before. This is not the first time, last time, the same rescheduling last minute. The only reason I used her service 2nd time was that my son wanted the same braids from last time. She is definitely not professional at all, I understand emergencies happen, but no apology, just a generic text.

Great service, I been coming to this salon over 7 years and I will say never disappoint they take really good care of your hair. Very knowledgeable and they hair products are one of the best in the market.
