Dr. Keener is very thorough and compassionate. She has really helped me deal with my hearing and tinnitus. I highly recommend her and her practice. Everyone there are wonderful to deal with.
I had my annual appt today with a new provider to me, Dr. Matthew Randle. He answered all of my questions and was so helpful and reassuring. I’m really grateful to have him in my corner. I highly recommend him and the practice, which has greatly helped me to cope and to thrive despite my pulsatile tinnitus.
The new IlluminEar Austin on Marathon Blvd. is a Wonderful, Comfortable place to visit and they made us feel like Ol' Friends when 1st we met. Dr. Candace, Dr. Matthew & Admin. Asst. Of the many providers I've seen over my 72 years, this is by far the best and most immediately helpful I've ever had. I walked in thinking that my hearing loss inevitably doomed me to a life of asking "huh, what was that?" I walked out with demo aids that had me hearing things I hadn't heard in years.
