The appointment was easily scheduled - all aspects of the visit were enjoyable and very professional. I learned so much about my hearing! Dr. Matthew Randal showed real interest in my questions and made time to discuss the test results and options during my initial appointment. Location is on a quiet side street and in a quaint residential building (nicely refurbished into offices), with a parking lot adjacent.
The testing went very well and while we are in the early stages of my tinnitus treatment, I am very optimistic. After several years, looks like my optimism was misplaced, no appreciable improvement.
