We were exceedingly happy with Illusions response and work. First off, they scheduled us for the same day we called. Bob & Craig were friendly and knowledgeable. They found the problem with our system and got it running promptly. Then they gave us an estimate for additional work for the things they were not able to do at the first service call, but with no pressure to agree to the additional work.
