I had high hopes based on all the glowing reviews, but my experience with Illuminations Lighting was far from ideal. The estimate was vague and changed once work began. What started as a “simple fix” turned into an overpriced mess with little communication. Disappointed.
Michele seemed friendly at first but stopped responding once we signed the contract. The crew showed up late, rushed through the job, and left a mess behind. The lights work—but barely. I expected better follow-through for the price I paid.
