My son Robert Johnson died at that place ,on Dec 11, 2020, they didn't help him . They killed him
For what a friend that’s had to stay there has been telling me; though thankful for having a place to sleep, it’s been very humiliating. Being homeless doesn’t mean you have to be torelant and subject to so much filth! Also, the people are not allowed to take not even a snack. My friend goes to sleep hungry every night. The staff seems to feed on gossip putting people at odds with each other and raising suspicion against one another. The staff are absolutely wonderful, they’re very accommodating to our needs as clients. Wonderful food, snacks twice a day, and donuts on Thursdays. Not a long term thing I need to mention. Even so, it beats being on the streets, cold and hungry.
Horrible place to recover. I have been waiting for over 3 hours for my medications. Facility is disgustingly fitlthy. Bathrooms are nasty feces on the floor. All the floors and walls are dirty and sticky. I have a severe bacterial infection and I am not supposed to be in a facility that will make me more sick and having to go back to the hospital after being in the hospital for 38 days. If I could do zero stars I would. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and to the county of orange Fullerton etc to shut this place dow... read more
I would like to say too all the negative comments you are not in jail you can leave anytime you want..And you all should be #1 Blessed you have a roof over your head, three meals a day, two snacks a day, may not be your favorite meals but there better than along the railroad tracks...#2 and not only homeless but alot of recope people from hospital and those with mental health issues..#3 yes bathroom get filthy at time and yes more staff would be great and not burning other staff members out.. #4 the good staff out weight the... read more
