I see Ana Stefaniuk, and she is an absolute life changer. I’ve had mental health care on and off for 7+ years and with co-occurring disorders, it’s very difficult to find a skilled enough therapist who truly connects. Ana and I connected from the jump and I’ve seen her for well over a year. I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly caring and empathetic while maintaining accountability and keeping you on the right track for your mental health.
Great place if you need a professional therapist . Big parking lot. Very nice and peaceful therapy rooms and great people who know how to help you . I’m patient for almost two years and my psychotherapist Ana Stefaniuk teach me how deal with mental issues and traumas . If you want to change your life for better this is the best place to start. Highly recommended!
Over the past couple years I have worked with and/or volunteered with the team at Illuminate Therapy and Wellness. They are all a pleasure to be with. It is evident they are a tight team that respects and appreciates one another. At the same time, they also have a lot of fun together and thrive by serving others.
