I worked with Katie on placing my Dad and she was engaged and doing everything she could to help with the tricky situation we were in. I appreciate her patience and perseverance. Her professionalism was top notch compared to the other bigger company that I started with and it became evident over time they were more about getting paid than helping.

We began working with Paige back in June before our parents "were ready" to look at senior living. Unfortunately, we were forced to get them into assisted living in November. We cannot thank Paige enough for all of her guidance during those 5 months. I so appreciate how she responded to all of our concerns and questions quickly and with such care and compassion! It was a blessing to have her assistance during this difficult time.
Paige was so helpful in finding a facility that met my stepfather’s needs! In a process that can be very overwhelming and confusing, she provided clarity and direction at a time it was needed. She has regularly checked in to make sure the process was going smoothly and made a difficult situation a lot easier!
Illuminate was very helpful with navigating the difficult process of placing my dad in a care facility. Using them saved me a bunch of time with researching facilities. The team was very responsive. Highly recommended.
