Bought a session on Groupon and was really excited to try out the lymphatic massage. I would have become a regular. But I repeatedly left messages and texts to make an appointment but no response. Would not recommend this practice. Not professional.
Miranda is good at her craft but am very disappointed with her professionalism. I found her on Groupon and booked a session with her. Felt really good after the massage and she sold me a 3 session package that I prepaid for. The next session was supposed to be a week out but she reached out one day prior saying that she was down with flu and asked to move out appointment by a day. Very unresponsive, worst customer service i have received. The number that they have no one answers and the voice box message says to text the number, when you text they respond late and dont get back to you for hours. I tried booking all day with them today over text and lastly she responded around 9 pm with a long text saying that they do not have any availability which she could’ve said first thing in the morning in a proper communication. I got my voucher from groupon and i will be asking for a refund.
