Alexandra is lovely! She has been helping me with my PTSD and PTSD related issues. She is warm and inviting and you feel completely comfortable sharing intimate details about yourself and past experiences, in her zenful space. She has a keen eye and notices feelings that might be coming up for you in that moment, and asks if you can explore a bit more, the emotions that might be arising for you in that given moment.
