Illumina is the only place I'll go to, now. Lillian is absolutely A*M*A*Z*I*N*G! She is both skilled at facials/massage but also educational, and knows exactly what type of facial I need or what product line would be good for my sensitive skin without being 'pushy' or 'sales-y' at all (I've experienced this at other places). I went to Illumina spa for the first time today and LOVED it! I've gotten waxes all over the country and typically use groupon to discover new salons and find the one I like.. I have found it at Illumina. Lilian is so sweet and does an amazing job making sure you're comfortable and relaxed while efficiently getting the job done! She seemed very knowledgable, experienced, and confident in what she does. I'm so excited to have found a new permanent place to get waxed in CT. I came across Lilian's new spa on Groupon, where I got a great deal on a wax. Even though I was rushing and arrived late to my appointment, Lilian still took me and made sure I was completely relaxed before we started! Lilian keeps up such a relaxing and spotless environment at her spa, not to mention how sweet she is! I was extremely pleased with the quality of my wax - she worked quickly, thoroughly and pretty much pain-free. What a lovely experience! Lilian the owner was so sweet and provided excellent service. She took the time to make sure my questions were answered and helped me perfect my everyday routine. The location was peaceful and I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect first facial. I will be returning for a follow up and many other services. Also, A++ for cleanliness and comfort.

I met Lilian a couple months ago when she just first opened her own spa. And I was so impressed by her attention to detail and passion for her business. Plus, she's such a nice person. So I knew I had to show some support for her new business. I booked a pumpkin enzyme facial with Lilian and she did an incredible job!! To start, I was so impressed with the space.
