I’m disappointed to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for others who value pricing transparency. Before scheduling, I called to ask about out-of-pocket pricing (the website states this is the only option, as insurance will not cover these appointments) for the first two visits, which would include scans and the first adjustment. When I first came into this office…. I was a hot mess. My back hurt, my neck was killing me, and I was constantly complaining about pain. Now, at just over a month, I feel so much better. No back or neck pain and certainly no complaining. The staff is amazing!!!! I cannot give them enough praise. Dr.C is amazing. He takes him time and listens. I’ve been seeing Dr. Chellan over the last several months, and he has been a phenomenal. He’s helped me get significant relief from a long term neck pain and I have my life back now. Highly recommend this office, the staff is also super helpful and friendly!
