I saw a FB ad for a free scan to get to the bottom of neck/ back pain so I setup an appointment. Everyone at the office was very friendly but it turns out the “free” scan was only a picture that would not be enough to get to the bottom of things . If I wanted to get a better idea, I needed to pay $150 for another scan .So even though I felt the advertising was bait and switch , I paid . We love the staff at ILLumin8.❤️ They are such a blessing to us. They truely care about people and are always accommodating to our schedule. Since going here I've been feeling so much better with my back and neck. I am so grateful for Dr. Cardin and Sterling the receptionist. They are like family to me and my daughter. I have been going to see Dr. C for a couple months now due to hip pain. Recently I found out that I was pregnant and had concerns that I would have to stop my care. Luckily, I was told that I could still get adjusted! Now I come in more frequently and always met with smiling faces and kindness from all staff members.
No doubt when you walk into this office- you will feel like family! The providers and staff are so warm & welcoming! They listen and they care! Most importantly - they are great at what they do! I’ve always been hesitant to see a chiropractor- but I truly feel better and am thankful for Illumin8!
Time for an HONEST review of my experience so far. I came in with horrendous pain. It was constant & I couldn't get any meaningful relief from the pain. I couldn't sleep, had headaches most days, constantly tired from the pain using up all my energy, neck movements were very mindful to prevent any sudden pains and migraines.
