Illumafin took over processing of Allianz policies this year. This has resulted in confusion, extensive communication delays, inability to reach anyone of authority, and overall poor service. All the classic delay tactics to not pay on an insurance policy.
This insurance company refuses to pay out benefits for elderly people like my dad who have paid in for years. I have referred it to the insurance commissioner. if you have CALPERS long term insurance cancel it. The staff is incompetent and do everything possible to delay payments to older people that need the services. Dr. Linda Navarrette
