I brought my MacBook Pro into Illume Solutions to get it fixed since it wouldn't boot up. I mentioned to the tech - John, that I noticed a video glitch and wavy screen before it died. I went to this location to see if they could help me recover photos from my vacation. They were referred to me by the Apple Store in Brea Mall. The guy in the store was rude, dismissive, and unsympathetic. He did not want to help me at all. He did not even take my phone to look inside of it. He just tossed a brochure for Drive Savers and told me to call them. I will be calling the Apple Store and letting them know how this guy treated me as though my business was NOT worth his time or effort. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!
Great Turnaround Time for Mac Book Repairs I had a cracked lcd screen on my MacBook that needed repair. The Apple store wanted upwards of $800.00 for a screen repair. Illume Solutions replaced it for $399.00. Turnaround time was two days! Dropped it off Wednesday, picked it up Friday. My new screen is better than ever. Highly recommended!!
