I’m extremely disappointed with how our recent appointments have been handled. My husband and I have been loyal patients at Illume, coming regularly for Botox as well as hormone pellets and GLP-1 treatments, and I’ve also had several laser treatments there. About a month ago, we were told the provider who did our hormone pellets had left.
