Purchased some fiberglass and CF from them......after over a week I had received no other confirmation other than my order confirmation. I called multiple times with no answer, left a voicemail, and received no call back. Finally sent them an email, I received a response to that. They told me they had sent me an email, I checked all my boxes and had nothing from them. Shipping was very fast! Received my pour foam bottled unevenly. Customer service did resolve the issue and shipped me out the difference. Thanks

Placed an order over two weeks ago, no contact after the “order confirmed” email. I’ve called multiple times since, nobody has answered, left my number and order number, no response. It‘s a small order, there’s no reason it should’ve taken this much longer than the 2-3 days estimated at checkout, and there’s no excuse for the lack of communication over the past two weeks.

Terrible customer service. Ordered resin in December. Never received it nor did I ever get a refund. Made several calls and told it would be handled. It wasnt. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place.
