I had Illinois Vehicle for years. They were always very polite and helpful. Never had a claim but was assigned with Kemper. My rates on liability jumped up a lot. I was given wrong numbers on a quote with one person at renewal. That was resolved & he just made an error. Ok, I was informedthat insurance is getting more expensive. I then called a very well known company. So glad I did. I now get both liability on my vehicle and renters insurance both less per month than what I was paying!! This is unbelievable.
