I was at work in Morris ILL and googled the nearest oral surgeon as I had 2 cracked teeth that I needed removed. I called the office in morris they did not have any appoinments for awhile so the lady on the phone said she had an appointment out in ottawa for the next day. I took the appointment as I was in terrible pain. I went to the appointment which turned out to be a consultation. My husband was referred to this office for a tooth extraction. We have been here with insurance before with our son and we were satisfied. However, being down on our luck with state insurance at the moment the office will not see my husband. And when I requested a referral to someone who does take the card she flatly said she knew no one. They barely gave me any information at all. It is clear from the beginning that they will not even help you unless you have money to give them immediately. They overcharge and the woman who is in charge of the billing is extremely rude. Their nurse is very friendly but noone else there is. I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Went there for a consultation and they had me go back & forth between their office and my dentist a few times. From one appointment to the next, they changed what my problem was and kept saying I needed more work then what they had said at the previous appointment. Finally they said the doctor wasn't up for working on me, so it was a waste of my time & money!
