I walked in with a broken aquarium and walked out with a problem solved. I have a custom build terrarium that has months worth of work invested in it. One of the glass pains spider web cracked and I had no idea whom to ask about repairing it. I contacted Illinois Valley Glass. They told me to bring it by and they would look at it and work on it when they had time. I walked in and they stopped what they were doing to help me on the spot.
