Fast service, nice staff.
I am fairly new to IVCU but I have had nothing but great customer service. Each and every employee greets me with a smile and asks about my day as well as wishing me a good rest of my day. There was one incident I have had that upset me but after it was explained to me, it made sense and is just part of their policies . These policies are things myself and others should look into and understand before signing up with any bank to further educate ourselves on what they can and can’t do .
