I would never ever recommend this urology department. Receptionists very cold and unprofessional. They barely want to greet you. They slam the glass windows so you wont bother them. The NP was very unprofessional. She didn't wash her hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the room. I had no idea who she was because she wasn't wearing a visible badge, she was wearing tights sweat pants with a very messy bun. Says open and it is not waste of time
Avoid this place .Very unprofessional.No uniforms or scrub .Took my 90 yr old mother their woulnt help my mom with a urine test rudely bark orders do this and that .Nurse practitioner extremely rude ...unfriendly and even answered my question in a smart ass manor.Their was fecal matter in the exam room on the floor very unclean environment Couldn't believe they are in bussiness.Like a nightmare.I could go on i just was so shocked and outraged
