THE ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY TREATED ME AND MY FAMILY LIKE PIECES OF CRAP BECAUSE WE ARE LATINO. THEY ARE RACIST. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE, IMPATIENT, GIGGLE AND TEXT ALL DAY. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVEN RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS COMPANY.
What a Scam Artist – Totally agree Miles47! They are the most unpro people. I cancelled and went to another guy...STILL haven't gotten my refund back!...over 3 months. They need to be investigated more. When I went there to ask about my refund some guy named Greg said he was the owner and told me to get the F**K out of his office and go F**Kmyself and I wasn't getting a refund. It smelled like cat P**S in there too. You'll be sorry if you give this guy your business. Stay away from them no matter what! MJ
Update from 07/07/09 - I WAS WRONG...they ripped me off! – I got totally ripped of on my Sr22. I was so wrong...they totally suck. I thought they were helping me until i really learnt about all the FEES they charged...OUTRAGEOUS. When i did post the 1st time it was b4 i really added up what i got. This is by far the most ghetto insurance company around northern Illinois. And it does stink like P*** in the office. Northwest Insurance is way more professional and they treat you awesome.
FINED $5000 by Illinois Dept. of Insurance...loser. – Wish I would have known that when I went there. They suck and they are totally unprofessional. They owed me refund and I never got it. Now I find they were fined for illegal business practices. I even heard some of his agents aren't licensed...ILLEGAL! I don't know who is writing these reviews...I am sure it's themselves. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST insurance agency in Illinois. STAY AWAY. They have many locations in the area...STAY AWAY.
