Barbie is Phenomenal! She is so easy to work with, very professional, and makes the entire process worry free. She is a breath of fresh air in this hurry up and cant remember your name world. She is a true gem.
So far switching over to this bank from PNC has not gone smoothly. Waited a month for checks and debit card, to call and find that it wasn't ordered. Now, all I have are checks and STILL waiting for a check card so that I can access my money. Horrible, had I known it would be like this I would have gone somewhere else. Closed my old bank account and now am having a hard time with my online bill pay/ pay pal/ target card etc.... because I have NO bank card.
