Finally pain free after my cervical fusion with Dr Graff! I immediately had pain relief after surgery and am extremely grateful to Dr Graff and his team. I can’t recommend them enough.
I have not been in for more than a year, but I was there multiple times before that. Every time I have been to the Crystal Lake office I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and doctor.
Okay, so I walked into this place expecting to find a spinal horror story with only 8 reviews and 2 of them being 1-star. I mean, when you see that, you brace yourself for some spine-cracking madness, right? First off, the chairs? Not uncomfortable at all. I don't know what that other reviewer was on, maybe they expected a massage chair with built-in cappuccino maker or something. But, my chiropractor recommended Dr. Lami, so I took a leap of faith. Refused to see me because of my honest Google Review!!! Very Rude & Unprofessional!!! Doctor tried to give me an ultimatum to take the review down 🙄& then when I said I would but, I expect to be seen right away when I show up to my scheduled appointment he told me he refuses to see me.
