The Dr might be great but the staff is not up to power I went there to finally nip the sciatic nerve pain I have in the butt no pun intended. I’ve had eight years of pain management, but I’m still currently using, but the staff never asked to get a release of medical records from there or from any other of my caring doctors. They took the information they had which was very limited because it was three visits and then submitted that to the insurance company and I returned the insurance company denied it and they wanna blame ... read more
As I have mentioned several times there are not enough words to explain why Dr. Graf is one of the most professional, caring, and has a great sense of humor and fabulous bedside manner. He really listens to what his patients have to say and communicates with you and lets you be involved in making decisions about your procedure. 1,00% would I recommend Dr. Graft for any problems that you are having with your spine.
Great Staff and the Doc seem cool, but over Surgery Didn’t help at all I would’t never recommend getting surgery!!

I recently took my partner to the Illinois Spine Institute in Schaumburg for a second opinion with Dr. Babak Lami and his nurse, hoping for a professional and compassionate approach to his ongoing work-related injury. Since this was the provider recommended by his employer’s workers' comp agency, we trusted we’d receive quality care.
