The Dr might be great but the staff is not up to power I went there to finally nip the sciatic nerve pain I have in the butt no pun intended. I’ve had eight years of pain management, but I’m still currently using, but the staff never asked to get a release of medical records from there or from any other of my caring doctors. Great Staff and the Doc seem cool, but over Surgery Didn’t help at all I would’t never recommend getting surgery!!
1 star is generous. I recently took my partner to the Illinois Spine Institute in Schaumburg for a second opinion with Dr. Babak Lami and his nurse, hoping for a professional and compassionate approach to his ongoing work-related injury. Since this was the provider recommended by his employer’s workers' comp agency, we trusted we’d receive quality care.
