Very professional and thorough! They performed inspections before and after we had our roof replaced, and ensured that the work was done correctly. They even returned for a third inspection to ensure that the roofing company had addressed everything on the inspector’s “punch” list, providing a detailed report with photos. It gave us great peace of mind knowing the roof over our heads was sound, sturdy, and secure!

Scam! I retained this company to do a moisture survey for me and clearly told them that they would be paid when I received payment from the client (which I still haven’t as of the time of writing this). The company’s proposal that was provided to me prior to performing the moisture survey did not specify payment terms. In an extremely unprofessional manner, one of the employees of this company decided to leave a bad review on my company’s google page to try to compel a faster payment of the invoice, causing untold damages to... read more
