Receiving eye injections are pretty traumatic however Dr Lee and the Staff work patiently on supporting me during this challenging time.
Dr . Lee and his staff are professional & knowledgeable . Your appointment runs smoothly from one person to the next. I couldn’t believe appt was over . Fastest eye appt I have ever experienced!!!
I had issues with the techs not cleaning the devices that I had either to put my face in or on. That was no longer the case. I didn’t even have to ask for it to be done in my presence this last visit they just cleaned in my presence which makes most sense to me. This stops the spread of germs and lets the patient know that they are not being disregarded. I will definitely write another review to let it be known if this was a facade or just a coincidence. Always efficient. Dr. Lee always asks if I have any questions. All staff is always friendly. I'm always taking care of right away.
