Punctual. Staff are friendly, professional, and informative. Dr. MacCumber is always pleasant and encouraging, very upfront and to the point. I have been seen/ treated by IR A for a nuber of years and have no complaints whatsoever.
Wait time was much shorter than previous Times & Dr MaCumber is so very helpful & I feel he genuinely cares, which makes each visit good under my md ga issue. I pray somewhere there are some positive results To slow down the progression of this terrible situation. ‘S
Extremely thoughtful, kind, thorough, and efficient. I have been seeing ophthalmologists once or twice a year for most of my life, so I can say with honesty and sincerity that Dr. MacCumber is someone I truly appreciate, value, and respect. I had an excellent experience at Illinois Retina Associates. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and truly customer-focused. Dr. MacCumber was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my exam and test results. I appreciated the exceptional care and attention I received and highly recommend Dr. MacCumber and the entire Illinois Retina Associates team.
The waiting is kind of long but Is worth it. Everyone is very professional and bilingual is a 5 stars!!
