Packed waiting room, but staff was very efficient and upbeat to boot. Dr. Civantos was also quick, efficient, thorough, and explained everything he was doing and what my issues were very clearly. He eased my nerves when I made a mistake following instructions. He was pleasant. People who want a leisurely appointment with someone who will 'chat' and take a lot of time wouldn't have gotten that experience the day I was there - I don't know how it is most of the time - but I got exactly what I needed: clarity, and efficiency.
Dr. Civantos is an excellent retina doctor. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He is a very kind and friendly doctor. His staff is also very nice and professional. I highly recommend him!
