I had multiple surgeries on my right eye from a detached retina. Dr.Civantos and all the rest of the medical staff have been through this journey with me each step of the way.
Dr. Civantos is Truly caring. When I didn’t have my insurance card with me on my first visit with him, he assumed I might not have insurance and said, “Don’t disappear because of no insurance — we will not let you go blind; we will find a way to help you.” He didn’t know that I’m a practicing physician and that I do have medical insurance. I truly appreciated his compassion and genuine concern for his patients.
Office busy with patients. Staff was friendly and efficient. Had eyes/retina scanned, photographed, checked for issues, dilated before speaking to Opthalamologist. Doctor was patient & thorough. Answered all my questions on eye health, diet, & exercise. Happy to recommend!!
