I always feel very comfortable with dr. Pollack. All his staff are very nice.
Everyone was professional and kind. My appointments went like clockwork, moving right along seeing everyone I needed to see.
My experiences have been good overall. This office seems to usually be running behind, so expect a longer visit. The office was friendly. My first time seeing Doctor Pollack wasn't the most positive experience, but every visit since has been much better.
Young man seemed good. He was first to see me. But he took the pressure in my eyes 4 times. I questioned because there way lower than usual. Too many people in the patient rooms. I was asked about genetic testing I was supposed to have received an email regarding. I never received it. I gave approval to the doctor this time for genetic testing. Dr. Pollack had a very rushed visit with me. Barely made eye contact. When I told him I hadn’t heard about the genetic testing he didn’t explain until I started asking questions.
