I was just assisting elderly for his appointment. He did not wait for too long. The parking space is usually packed even the dozen disabled parking spot is usually taken, of course his appointment was 11am, so expect that the clinic is already packed with patient's checking in. Besides, there's other medical clinic in this building/address, so it's a bit crowded.
They want so far above and beyond to make my 7-year-old daughter feel comfortable, the whole team is incredible
Dr. Cohen is the best. Everyone here is so kind, thorough, and accommodating. They make everything so easy and stress free.
I have a secondary insurance to pick up my copays ,deductibles,and every time I go they want a 100 dollars up front.I talk to my Medicare in which is my secondary insurance ,and I was told to tell the Retina office to billed insurance and they don't want to,saying I have to pay up front.I called Medicare and they told me they should send the bill to them,that they pay 80% of 100 Copay, in which I pay the remaining amount.A secondary insurance covers copay,deductibles,coinsurance.
Dr.'s are great!!! Staff needs improvement/training and logically professionally not use blame or excuses but try and actually do their job (for what they are getting paid to do) to my understandment of working in the medicalfield.
